The main activity of our company is to organise exhibitions, business meetings, to develop the export. We were founded in 2000 with seat in Szeged and since then we werked in many european country. Our organizer company, who is certificated by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and by the Hungarian Investment and Trade Development Agency (ITD-H), has been organizing the participations of the hungarian companies, enterprises in Central and Eastern European and Balkanic region.
Past through these years we organized the hungarian participations on many economical events abroad, in 2010 we organized more than 10 exhibitions and more than 100 companies required our services. We are the hungarian representative of Skopje Fair from Macedonia and Inter Expo Center from Bulgaria, Sofia.
We increase the effectiveness of the appearance with our representative, organisational network in the specific countries, through our relationships with the representations of Hungary and the foreign countries, with chambers, professional organisations and the knowledge of the Hungarian market. We keep in touch with the leaders of the Hungarian economy, our business partners, fellow tradesmen, foreign official organisations, companies.
A characteristic feature of our work is full service: organisation, basic market information, information supply about possibilities, direct mail, advertisement activities in the target countries, image and scene planning, construction of stands, graphics, on-the-spot services, delivery of goods, forwarding, arrangement of accommodation, audience programmes, follow-up activities of events.
Our personal and infrastructural endowments are good: we have educated and experienced experts, modern information technological background. The necessary technical equipment, the language command and system of relationships of our staff in Hungary and in the mentioned countries also ensure the success of our work.
